Trust Yourself

trust

All I have to say to you is this:

TRUST YOURSELF.

If something seems off, it probably is.

If you get a strong yes or no, go with it.

If you’re not sure, you can always trust the clear voice of inner knowing that speaks to you when you get quiet.

If your body sends you a directive sensation in response to a person, thought, place you’re interacting with, listen.

If you ask for help, guidance, or inspiration and you get an answer, even if it seems crazy, try it out. What do you have to lose?

If something unexpected or odd happens right in the middle of you doing something, pay attention – life is speaking to you. (Whispering, as Oprah would say.)

You have an amazing internal GPS system guiding you at all times. And your body – oh my lord, your amazing body – is so wise, so deeply sensitive, and so highly expressive in sending you guidance that even your mind can’t completely overrule.

I’d wager that 90% of the time your intuitive impressions are spot-on. And for the 10% of the time you’re not right, it never hurts to look into things. If a thing can’t handle being looked into, that’s usually a very good sign that it is indeed something you need to look into.

Stop doubting yourself. Stop believing you’re in any way a confused or insecure person. Stop letting your ego and mind chatter distract and bamboozle you so much.

Take back your power. Trust your body. Trust life.

TRUST YOURSELF.
